Consultation Fee and Cancellation Policy
Dr Tavakoli's time is just as valuable as yours and we do our utmost to respect your time. The consultation fee to see Dr Tavakoli is $250. There is a strict $150 deposit to secure an appointment with Dr Tavakoli at the time of your booking over the phone. Due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients we require a minimum of 3 working days notice to reschedule or cancel appointments; such that there is a $150 cancellation fee for missed appointments.
Please note that GP referral is necessary for certain procedures with rebatable medicare item numbers. This allows you to receive a small refund from medicare on your consultation fee. Also if you suffer from any medical condition GP letter is mandatory.
General Etiquette
In consideration of other patients and clients, we ask that you either switch off mobiles or set them to a silent mode. Children are welcomed but it is important that they are supervised at all times whilst in the practice, especially during in the consultation room with Dr Tavakoli.
